Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior IT roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Manage candidate pipelines and build strong relationships

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on senior-level roles
• Knowledge and experience in the Brazilian IT market
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Strong experience sourcing and interviewing candidates for technical positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
