Job Description
1. Supply Chain Management: Lead supply chain activities to reach purchasing costs, quality, and on-time delivery targets;
2. Industrialization: Drive industrialization activities with a focus on partnership with the development team to reduce throughput time and ease the introduction of modifications;
3. Business Development: Build relationships with key industry players, vendors, and customers to develop new business opportunities;
4. Operational Leadership;
5. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals to achieve organizational objectives;
6. Quality Control;
7. Team Management;
8. Budget Management;
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency;
10. Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations;
11. Stakeholder Communication;

14. Legal Compliance;
15. Production Management;
16. Process Improvement: Direct activities to design new and modified processes for manufacturing and testing products, and develop tools and policies for purchasing and logistics;
17. Data Management: Ensure quality and integrity of data used in the ERP system that drives order fulfillment.
The Successful Applicant
1. Fluent English;
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software;
3. Experience in budgeting and forecasting;
4. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred);
5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
