Need to have qualifications:
- 1+ year of sales or business development experience, preferably in a high-call-volume environment (85+ calls per day).
- 1+ year of using modern CRM
- Great English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to work 9A - 5P EST

- Experience with recruiting or executive search.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and using video DMs for outreach.
- Background in industries like banking, construction, tax, or life sciences.

- Comfort with cold calling, objection handling, and following scripts to qualify leads and engage decision-makers.
- Understanding of CRM tools and sales pipelines with a willingness to manage a high number of open opportunities.
- Strong soft skills including communication, influence, and the ability to adapt to feedback and refine sales approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 85+ outbound calls daily to engage with decision-makers, qualify leads, and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage a pipeline of 150+ new opportunities weekly, nurturing these through the sales process.
- Execute a structured touch plan to maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, leading to conversion or event-driven outreach.
- Achieve discovery call targets and actively participate in pre-discovery and discovery call scheduling.
- Continuously improve sales techniques with coaching and feedback from senior team members.
