Location: LATAM

Territory Management:

1.Oversee sales of products within your assigned region, develop and manage distributors, and achieve sales targets.

2.Market Intelligence: Gather local market and competitor information to identify and select suitable agent channels.

3.Distributor Training: Train and guide distributors in market development and hospital visits, ensuring you capture valuable end-user feedback.

4.Brand Promotion: Develop and execute local brand-building and promotional strategies, including participation in trade shows and hands-on training sessions.

5.Regulatory Compliance: Assist in the local registration of products to ensure sales are conducted in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

1.Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of international sales experience in medical devices.

2.Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Prior experience living or studying abroad, especially in the local region, is a plus.

3.Analytical Skills: Clear logical analysis and judgment capabilities, with outstanding interpersonal communication and influence.

4.Team Player: Possess a spirit of teamwork and strong stress management abilities.

5.Integrity and Innovation: Honest and upright, with a willingness to innovate and adapt to international travel.
