Macher Tecnologia is recruiting one hands-on one IT Consultant to support its products and customers.

As the work will be performed globally, English (business / fluent) is a must-have.

The selected professional will join the company as an employee, on a remote setting.

What you will be doing:

• Provide basic IT support to global customers
• Maintain and improve PHP/Laravel applications
• Participate in LGPD / Data Privacy / Cybersecurity projects by providing guidance to customers on tools and documentation
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Technical Stack:

• O365 products, including Intune and Defender (Policies creation, reporting)
• Ability to code without supervision in Python, Laravel, PHP and JS
• Knowledge on IA Agents, MySQL and Firebase
• PWA Knowledge
• Linux
• Git
• Cloud (IBM preferred)
• Jira
• Candidate is willing to pursue CC, Security+, ISFS certifications

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with IT Support
• Previous experience as a programmer (Junior is OK)

Contracting requirements

• This is a fully-remote position
• Candidate must reside in Rio de Janeiro.
