Head of Delivery (Remote Latin America)

We're hiring a Head of Delivery to lead client project execution and build a high-performing nearshore team across Latin America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving technical challenges, and has a strong track record of delivering cloud-based solutions.

Please note that this role offers a salary range of $60,000 to $85,000 USD annually, depending on experience.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Head of Delivery to manage our projects and build a high-performing near-shoring team. This is a remote position anywhere in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Build, develop, and oversee a nearshoring delivery team
  • Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
  • Maintain high standards of quality and technical excellence
  • Drive customer retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and AWS service offerings


Technical Requirements
  • Strong experience in cross-platform development technologies:
  • React Native for mobile development
  • Next.js or other React based frameworks for web applications
  • IoT infrastructure and implementation
  • AI automations leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Minimum of one AWS certification, preferably at the Professional level
  • Proven track record in AWS consulting and implementation
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices


Language Requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery leadership
  • Proven success in building and leading technical teams
  • Experience working with Media and Entertainment clients preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements
  • Experience in nearshore or offshore team management
