**Human Resources, Corporate Affairs & Legal IT Product Manager - Mars Global Services - Based in Guararema/Brazil or Slough/UK**

- 5-7 Years-experience preferred on Product Services & Development - Project Management is a plus.
- Agile and DevOps experience will be a plus.
- ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus.
**What will be your key responsibilities?
**
- This role will play critical part in the Future Vision of IT HR, Corporate Affairs and Legal Applications tower, leading a highly engaged and performing team of Product Service Leads with global coverability of IT Product Lifecycle, and responsibilities around design, development, deployment, further evolution and support.
- This Leader influences and contributes with Leadership to define strategy for IT Solutions, in line with Operational Excellence, Transformational Programs and Business Capabilities strategies, ensuring new in-take of new Services in the Portfolio are made with appropriate and timely Service Introduction Framework standards and agreements.
- Maintains awareness of industry directions for Products and Services, in order to define new, cost-effective solutions or evolve existing solutions in an optimal manner.
- Partner with market lead 3rd Party vendors to provide end-to-end Development and Services capabilities, based on Operational Excellence standards, with overall accountability upon the agreed delivery metrics.
- This Associate will require experience in IT Contracting and will be closely working with Commercial counterparts, ensuring mutual, efficient, and scalable Contracts are signed-off between MARS and the 3rd Parties.
- Accountable for managing Stakeholders from Central Functions, providing with regular status updates on progress of all demands raised by them.
- Escalation point for any business demands, working with his/her team and correspondent Business Stakeholders to address and engage all resources needed for solving/responding to this demand.
- Sustain the User Community and develop the Key Users, Functional Experts and Product Owners network.
Engages and collaborates with other teams when is needed.
- Collaborates with Project Teams according to Mars Digital Technology signature processes.
- Line Management of a team, with coach and development focus, as well responsible to assure resources are knowledgeable on Mars business processes and development/projects techniques and methodologies.
- Roles model Agile behaviors & methods with customers and peers.
- Contribute to HUB Talent Pipeline strategy.
- Ensures succession plan within the team.
