ITTConnect is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to work for one of our US-based clients. This is a role with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.

- Onboarding and Recruitment
Job location: Remote, work anywhere from Brazil.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of functional and technical components of Onboarding and Recruitment OR Compensation processes using SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Document functional and/or technical requirements as an input to application design to gather and challenge business requirement and drive workshops
- Write and present the detailed functional specifications to gather and challenge business requirement and drive workshops
- Translate business requirements into solution design aligning to a global template and in compliance with SuccessFactors leading practices
- Configure system in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
- Validate development during qualification tests
- Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, test scripts
- Support the development team during technical design, development phase and UAT Tests
- Design / build / test connections to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Budget Utilization Management tracking
- Build reports and/or dashboards using native SF reporting functionalities
- Responsible for the support of SF Onboarding and Recruitment module and onboard new countries to the solution
- Manage incidents, analyze defects, research solutions, and liaise with other support groups / stakeholders for the successful conclusion of incidents
Requirements:
- 15+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Expert in Onboarding and Recruitment OR Compensation module
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 SuccessFactors end-end implementation and support experience
- HR knowledge – various HR functions, processes, Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global Organization
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
