🛠️ Role Overview

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our high-performance global team. You’ll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments. This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications (scoped & global);

Customize ServiceNow using scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools;

Build and maintain custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules;

Create REST/SOAP integrations and work with Integration Hub and MID Servers;

Support instance upgrades, troubleshoot performance, and implement best practices;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical solutioning;

🧠 Requirements

Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required

Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required

2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Strong scripting and integration skills (REST, Glide, JavaScript)

Solid understanding of at least one module (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, or CSM)

English fluency (written & verbal) — client-facing communication is a must

Proactive mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with App Engine, Flow Designer, or Service Portal

Familiarity with ATF, PA, or Virtual Agent

Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Other certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, etc.)
