The explosion of niche software solutions has left enterprises with fragmented tech stacks, relying on multiple providers to meet evolving needs. This reality hinders efficiency, but the future of technology is integrated.

We envision a future where software companies operate thousands of specialized apps — all seamlessly interconnected. After all, it is increasingly essential for products to communicate effortlessly.

Consider the B2C apps on your phone: they can exchange data in seconds, with just a few taps. However, B2B integrations are far more complex, often requiring months, if not years, to onboard a new SaaS tool into a company's software stack.

Developers must navigate repetitive, labor-intensive processes to integrate new APIs, wasting valuable time and resources. This shouldn’t be the case.

Ollie is building the central hub for SaaS apps, fostering an interconnected — and easily accessible — network that drives innovation across platforms.

AI and large language model advancements are pivotal in turning this vision into reality, and Ollie is at the forefront of this transformation, empowering developers with tools for efficient and agile multi-provider integrations.

We were founded in 2023 by a team of ex-VTEX engineers.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Staff Software Engineer at Ollie who will work directly with our CTO. Our expectation is that as a Staff Software Engineer you are able to start projects with minimal overhead and contribute to the overall architecture of our systems.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll own features end-to-end and work across the stack, collaborating closely with our CTO to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

We're looking for someone who brings strong engineering skills and a product mindset—someone who cares about user impact, focusing on why we're building something just as much as how.
