AWS DevOps Engineer – Dublin

We are looking to speak with DevOps Engineers with experience in AWS. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who has invested heavily in technology development. You will collaborate within a team of cloud engineers primarily tasked with supporting the development of cloud native applications.

This role is fully remote but you must be based in Brazil

You must have, or set uo a LTD (Limited Company).

Salary : 200-240,000 Brazilian Reais

The Role:

• Accountable for operations of infrastructure and applications deployed in cloud environments
• Define, customise and improve the cloud operating model
• Review for new or migrating applications
• Assist with the maturation of existing pipelines, AMI’s, patching solutions and infrastructure monitoring
• Participate in the establishment, administration and enforcement of user access controls
• Define and implement all operational components required to monitor and manage the production environment
• Identify operational issues and maintain efficient operations
• Drive root cause analysis and remediation initiatives
• Work with team in US, Brazil & Ireland.

Requirements:

• 4+ years DevOps experience in AWS
• Experience in any of the AWS Management Tools - CloudTrail, CloudWatch, CloudFormation and OpsWorks
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience in a Secuirty environment (Pen Testing would be great)
• AWS Certified
• Proficiency in Linux
• Experience working with REST Applications
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible or Puppet/Chef)
• Analytical mindset
