Job Title: Affiliate Manager

About the Role:
Our client, a new iGaming operator focused on the Brazilian market, is on the lookout for a Sr. Affiliate Manager to build and manage our client’s affiliate program from the ground up.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the program, including acquisition, retention, and optimization. You will create affiliate deals, negotiate terms, track performance, and ensure that the program aligns with business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and launch the affiliate program from scratch, including setting up the platform and structures.
- Develop and manage affiliate strategy for the Brazilian market.
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates and optimize affiliate partnerships.
- Structure affiliate deals (CPA, revenue share, hybrid) and negotiate terms with affiliates.
- Develop strategies to retain affiliates, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement in affiliate marketing efforts.
- Monitor affiliate performance and create detailed reports to make data-driven decisions to maximize affiliate revenue.
- Maintain a strong relationship with affiliates to ensure they have the support needed to succeed and grow.
Required Skillset:
- 3+ years of industry experience in affiliate marketing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the affiliate program development and execution
- Strong experience in acquisition, retention, and optimization within an affiliate program
- Experience creating affiliate deals, negotiating contracts, and monitoring affiliate performance
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
