Demand IQ is a fast-growing SaaS platform helping home improvement contractors—like those in HVAC, solar, and roofing—generate more qualified leads and sell online with instant quote experiences. Our no-code tools make it easy for contractors to digitize their sales process.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Part-Time Implementation Expert to help onboard new customers and configure their products inside our platform. This role is 85% behind-the-scenes product setup and 15% customer-facing during onboarding calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use conditional logic to create sales flows with our no-code builder
• Configure customer product lines (HVAC, solar, etc.) using decision logic and flow diagrams
• Research product specs and pricing to accurately build out contractor offerings
• Edit and upload product images using Canva
• Join onboarding calls to gather details and guide setup
• Test and troubleshoot product flows to ensure accuracy and logic consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must understand conditional logic (e.g. if X, then Y; multi-path flows, logic branching)
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in structured logic environments
• Ability to research technical product information (especially in HVAC or similar fields)
• Canva or basic graphic design experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects remotely

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with SaaS tools or no-code platforms
• Knowledge of HVAC, solar, roofing, or other home improvement products
• CRM or implementation experience
