Responsibilities:

• Build Email Strategies: Flows and campaign plans tailored to each client.
• Send Weekly Reports: One per client, every week, no skips. Show wins, issues, and ideas.
• Lead Monthly Calls: Be the strategic guide. Clear next steps every time.
• Own Client Growth: Push accounts toward better results—don’t just coast.
• Oversee Execution: Make sure emails are actually going out. No one should be forgotten or falling behind.

Competencies:

• Email sending platforms (Mainly Klaviyo)
• How to communicate with clients
• Email Marketing for eCommerce brands
• eCommerce brands and how to scale them with email

💰 Compensation

• 8% of the recurring revenue
• Then 9% after 3 months
• Finally 10% after 6 months
